If you need a different size or would like to exchange your item, we're happy to help. Exchanges are free of charge - simply get in touch with us and we'll guide you through the process.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, it may be returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked or registered postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement wherever possible or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available. We aim to refund you as soon as possible, but refunds can take up to 14 days.
